Ethiopia - The proposed Bulbulla and Shashememe staple crops processing zone (SCPZ)

The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE), as represented by Ministry of Industry (MoI) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), are working in partnership to establish an appropriate platform for agro-industrial development, in the form of Integrated Agro Industrial Parks (IAIPs), with the aim of transforming the agriculture sector in Ethiopia.
