The Government of Rwanda through RTDA has commissioned a project of upgrading the project of cross border roads. The project has two lots: South-Western (Rusizi and Nyaruguru district) and North - Western Border (Musanze, Nyabihu and Rubavu districts). The current assignment reports on the South-Western Lot located in Rusizi and Nyaruguru Districts. The lot comprises: (1) Bugarama-Bweyeye, (2) Remera-Gatunda-Nyagisozi and (3) Bweyeye-Bitare Border.
